A neighborhood bar with a real kitchen
Most bars in central Wisconsin stop at frozen apps. Ballyhoos doesn't. Our kitchen turns out hand-pressed burgers on Texas toast and pretzel buns, hand-stretched stone-oven pizza, broasted chicken with real breading, and a Friday fish fry built on haddock, walleye and shrimp. On Saturdays, we slow-cook prime rib for the 4–9 PM service, and the dining room fills up every week.
The bar is where the regulars land — old fashioneds done the Wisconsin way, lemon drop martinis the locals rave about, and a rotating tap list that leans toward Wisconsin breweries.
